StrongHer Foundations is a progressive, coach-led strength training program for women who want to build muscle, move with confidence, and feel strong and capable in everyday life.
Each week, you’ll follow a guided workout plan in the Everfit app with demo videos and coaching cues so you feel confident every step of the way.

What You Need at Home
To participate in StrongHer Foundations, you don’t need a gym, a lot of equipment, or a lot of time.
All workouts can be done at home or in a gym with minimal setup in 30-45 minutes.
Required:
A set of dumbbells
A light to moderate pair is great to start. If you have multiple weights, even better — but not required.A small open space
Enough room to move comfortably, similar to what you’d need for a yoga mat.A chair, bench, or sturdy surface
Used for support, step-ups, or modifications when needed.

How long are the workouts?
Each workout takes approximately 30–45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
How many workouts are there per week?
You’ll complete 3 full-body strength workouts per week. Optional cardio guidelines are included for non-strength days.
What if I miss a workout?
That’s okay. Life happens. The workouts are scheduled for structure, but you’re free to complete them on any days that work best for you. Focus on completing all three workouts each week — not following the calendar perfectly.
Is this program beginner-friendly?
Yes. This program is designed for beginners or those returning to strength training. Each workout includes options and modifications, and you’re encouraged to start lighter than you think you need.
Do I need to be “in shape” to start?
Not at all. You don’t need a fitness base to begin — just a willingness to move and learn. The program meets you where you are.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need dumbbells, a small open space, and a chair or bench. An exercise mat and resistance band are optional but not required.
Can I do this at home?
Yes. All workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment.
Will I lose weight doing this program?
This program focuses on building strength, confidence, and consistency. While changes in body composition may occur, weight loss is not the primary goal or guarantee.
Is there a community or support included?
Yes. You’ll have access to a private in-app community for support, encouragement, and accountability. Participation is optional — you’ll benefit whether you’re active in the group or not.
Can I ask questions during the program?
Absolutely. You can message me directly inside the app at any time if you have questions, need help choosing weights, or want modifications.
Is this a live program?
This is a guided group program with a set start date. Workouts are not live, so you can complete them on your own schedule during the week.
What happens after the 4 weeks are over?
You’ll leave with a stronger foundation, better movement confidence, and a clearer understanding of how to train. I’ll share next-step options at the end of the program for those who want to continue.
