About Me
I’m Camille Boyd Morrison, founder of CB Fitness.
My background as a former professional dancer shaped the way I approach fitness. I earned my B.F.A. in Dance from Fordham University and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center in 2003, developing a lifelong appreciation for movement, precision, and body awareness.
After transitioning from dance into fitness and Pilates, my passion evolved toward helping women build strength in a way that supports their bodies through different stages of life. Over the years, I’ve pursued extensive continuing education focused on women’s health, movement quality, and sustainable training — allowing me to work with clients who have a wide range of goals, histories, and starting points.
I began my personal training career in 2004 at Reebok Sports Club/NY in New York City, where I built a strong foundation in professional coaching. After moving to Denver in 2011, I embraced an active outdoor lifestyle and continued helping clients build strength that supports the life they want to live.
Today, I consider myself a movement educator. My focus is on teaching proper form and alignment to help clients move better, build strength safely, and reduce pain. My goal is to help each client build a strong, capable body that feels good and functions well in everyday life — at every age.
Helping clients feel confident, supported, and strong through thoughtful, individualized training is what drives my work.
My Approach
I believe effective training is built on education, intention, and consistency — not quick fixes or extremes.
My coaching focuses on:
Proper form and alignment to reduce pain and prevent injury
Progressive strength training that meets your body where it is
Thoughtful programming that supports real life, not rigid rules
Building confidence through movement you understand and trust
Every client starts from a different place. My role is to provide clear guidance, accountability, and support so you can move better, feel stronger, and build habits that last.

CB Fitness offers personalized strength training and Pilates designed to support you through different stages of life.
Sessions are available in person in Denver, CO, in your home, or virtually, depending on what works best for you.
All sessions are customized to your goals, experience level, and movement history, with an emphasis on proper form, strength development, mobility, and long-term consistency.
Training options include:
In-person sessions at a private personal training gym or Pilates studio in Denver
In-home training for clients who prefer to train in their own space
Virtual sessions delivered live through your computer
Pilates sessions integrated into training or offered as a standalone focus
No matter the format, you’ll receive thoughtful programming, clear instruction, and professional support.
